Frequently Asked Questions | Warranty Information

Living Color Enterprises' synthetic corals and invertebrates are warranted against manufacturer's defects, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The irregularities and variations in the color and/or texture of the materials are characteristic of the materials adding to the beauty and natural effect, and are not to be considered as a defect in the materials or workmanship. This warranty covers up to and only the replacement of the coral piece(s) that Living Color deems to be defective. Labor is not included.

Living Color Enterprises' corals and invertebrates are not suitable for outdoor use in ponds, fountains, or swimming pools and should not be exposed to the outdoor elements.

We recommend that good judgment be applied when selecting fish to put in with our corals. Some animals, including some triggerfish species, filefish species, parrotfish species, among others, may nip or bite at our corals and invertebrates because they are so life-like and realistic. Living Color Enterprises accepts no responsibility for this occurrence.
