Mat Roy President
With almost two decades of experience, Mat is responsible for all Living Color Operations. With an extensive background in aquarium engineering, estimating and fabrication, Mat leads a very talented group of individuals. His leadership responsibilities include managing all aspects of the custom aquarium and cabinetry departments. From conception to installation, his experiences range from large residential, commercial, and yacht projects, to large public facilities including Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Shark Reef and Universal Studios Japan, E.T. Adventure. Mat is very proud to work with such a talented team of professional artisans and engineers.

Bill Young Vice President
With more than 25 years of hi-tech engineering & manufacturing experience, Bill brings extensive organization, communication & process management skills to Living Color. His project management experience helps to ensure that, from design through fabrication and installation, all details of your project will be smoothly and professionally implemented.

Keith Young Director of Custom Cabinetry and Millworking
Keith joined the Living Color team in October 2002 and since that time, has been successfully working to expand both the aquarium and coral divisions. He most recently took on the task of the high-end custom cabinetry division, as well. He is dedicated to building positive, long lasting relationships with clients and vendors to ensure their visions and expectations are met-and most often exceeded. His experience includes working with both FOX and ABC networks and such prestigious yachting groups as the Ferretti Group. His greatest asset to Living Color is his expansive knowledge of all aspects of the business-design, fabrication, installation, life support systems, marine life and cabinetry. Most importantly, he knows what works. His ability to envision even the most unique designs and ideas coupled with his attention to detail, enable his clients to get more than they hoped for, and everything they deserve.

Trevor MacLean Director of Sales Custom Aquariums / Retail Products
A native Floridian, Trevor constitutes true "fish geek" status having kept home aquariums since age six. His professional employment encompasses over sixteen years in various aquarium related disciplines including retail store ownership, aquarium product sales and distribution, and employment with the world's largest marine life park - SeaWorld Orlando.
As Sales Director, Trevor shares custom aquarium sales responsibilities with Keith Young and oversees all retail related aquarium products such as our Plug and Play corals, wet-dry filtration, aquarium cabinetry, and Discovery Collection aquariums. Additionally, Trevor works continuously with the Living Color team to improve upon current products and develop new items for the aquarium trade.

John Manning Designer of Life Support System/Installation Supervisor
During his 10 years at Living Color, John has designed and installed over 400 custom aquariums. With more than 25 years in the acrylic industry, John's experience makes him an invaluable team member.
John is responsible for all technical filtration designs and aquarium installations. You can be assured that your aquarium will be designed and installed with every technical detail properly addressed. John is also accountable for onsite evaluations and determinations of any substitutions and/or modifications from original plans. He will analyze water flow plans, logistics, and electric and ventilation requirements and coordinate construction and structural aspects with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that your project runs smoothly . Prior to installation, John will visit the installation site to verify that all criteria included in plans have been properly executed.

Randy Sears Marine Biologist/Aquarium Care Manager
Randy came to us with extensive credentials in working with enclosed aquatic systems, having previously been employed by the State of Vermont culturing fish for local stocking and then by several major public aquariums, including the Tennessee Aquarium and the Miami Seaquarium. With a joint Master's Degree in Marine Biology/Marine Environmental Science, his educational background matches that of his hands-on experiences.
He joined our staff in April of 2002 to assist in the start-up of our Aquarium Care Division. Since that time, he has taken on the task of running the division and has implemented standards of practice that his highly professional aquarists abide by daily, making it the premier Aquarium Care Company in South Florida.

Jon Vergin Plant Manager
John started in cabinetry and millwork in Chicago over 10 years ago, fabricating displays for various trade shows. He then went to work as an installation specialist for a millwork company in Aspen. From there he moved to Florida to work for a company that designed and installed yacht interiors. With his diverse and extensive background, we are lucky to have him.
